The actor decided to follow their example and crushed his dream into the same small “portions”. At first, he was very pleased with the result: the daily duration of his sleep was reduced by about 2.5 hours, which he could give to his beloved activities, and at the same time he did not feel himself not to sleep. However, after some time, he noticed that his creative potential had fallen dramatically. As a result, the actor was forced to return to normal mode.
This example clearly shows that a person’s creative abilities are directly dependent on his mode of sleep.
  Based on the foregoing, we see that the correct and healthy sleep for a child is extremely necessary for successful development.
On the other hand, the dream itself, its nature, is an indicator of the baby’s well-being, and may vary depending on the child’s state of health. So a healthy child sleeps deeply and sweetly, his breathing is light and even, he easily falls asleep and wakes up easily at his usual time. And, on the contrary, if the baby is not well, he may fall asleep at the wrong time, sleep restlessly, often wake up, groan and moan in a dream, sleep longer than usual.
  The usual opinion is widespread: the child himself knows how much he needs to sleep, a normal and healthy child should not have problems with sleep, therefore the regime for him needs to be made taking into account his behavior. In general, this is true. But, unfortunately, a dangerous tendency has appeared in our time.
 According to research by American and British scientists, an increasing number of people have recently suffered from chronic sleep deprivation, including not only adults, but also children, including those of preschool age. It is noted that many children with such a chronic lack of sleep, however, refuse to go to bed at the time and do not fall asleep well.
  Jody Mindell, a Baby Center expert on sleep problems and the author of the book Sleep All Night: How to Get enough Sleep for Children and Their Parents ?, says that if a child falls asleep with difficulty, does not sleep well or refuses to go to bed before 11 o'clock in the evening, parents often think their baby is getting enough sleep. This may be wrong: in fact, it is likely that the child is not getting enough sleep.
